  • Express service customers are welcome to bring the handset to us to repair while they wait. We recommend you call to ensure the part is in stock before traveling to us.

What is the procedure for sending my Nokia in for repair?

  • First thing to do is to fill in the repair form from this website. Then package your Nokia nice and snug so it doesn’t get damaged in the post. Make sure it's insured on the way to us and that’s it we will do the rest.

Can I bring my Nokia to your store?

  • Yes, you can either drop it in and collect once it's ready, or opt for our Express service for a while-you-wait service (additional charge applies).

What quality of parts do you use for repairs?

  • We only use 100% genuine Nokia parts source directly from Nokia.

Do I get any warranty?

  • Yes we offer a full 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs (except liquid damage repairs which are days only).

Will I get charged if you cannot repair the Nokia?

  • You wont get charged for any time we spend on attempting to repair your handset, we will only charge you for the return postage back. Alternatively we can recycle your handset free of charge if you do not wish to have a faulty unit returned.

How can I pay for my repairs?

  • We accept all major UK credit or debit cards, cheques and postal orders. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer, contact us for our banking details. We accept payment in GBP, US dollars or Euros.

Will I lose my data saved on my Nokia?

  • We endeavour to keep all data unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems. We accept no liability for loss of data and strongly suggest you backup your device prior to sending in for repair.
