Hi there,

I recently contacted you and spoke to Anzar about my mobile phone and it's broken LCD screen. On the phone he was really helpful and went out of his way to advise me on my best course of action. There were several problems, the biggest of which was that without the screen I couldn't get to the address book and copy the numbers onto the sim. Anzar said he would try his best to save them, which he duely did.

Anzar was really helpful and on the basis of this I would certainly advise others to use ECD. It was a real breath of fresh air to find a company to did more than they promised and who provided such a good service.

I'm sure that being in a service industry you get more people complaining than thanking you, but I would like to say "THANK YOU VERY MUCH" and hope that you in turn will say thank you to Anzar - "employee of the month" I reckon!
